This process is fully automated and staff members are not able to change the slots!
Though the slots are dynamic, there will always be a hard limit to guarantee the best performance as well as the overall user experience.
Our Long or Medium servers will not get their slots increased to match our Main servers as that would not meet the expectations of a Long or Medium server.

Every ticket is followed up on as soon as humanly possible. There's a lot of other people who feel there issue is urgent as well and would like they're report handled in the order that it comes in. I'll check though asap - best thing you can do is send in the ticket like you have with any details, if you have a recording capability, like Shadowplay or OBS, you can always include a link to an uploaded video, normally Youtube unlisted or Streamable, so we can see exactly what you saw at the time. Highly recommend it

You get killed after 10 min sleeping in outpost even tho you see sleepers in outpost the are there but also dead when the log back in if the where there for longer it will also not drop a loot bag This is done by facepunch to prevent sleepers with all there loot in safe zones.
