We're constantly following up as quickly as possible with every single player concern on the servers. Of course cheaters aren't allowed to play... but I get that you could be frustrated with whatever your situation happens to be, or feel strongly that some person is cheating in some way. Like the above message, best thing to do is keep your cool, don't call anything out in chat or voice, and send in a detailed ticket on the player you find most suspicious with "/ticket add (your report)". Thankfully we catch and remove a crazy amount of cheaters, many before any player has a clue that they've joined, and it's something we work hard at 24/7

Aw sorry to hear that 😦 That'd be great - a problem sometimes is that people report an entire group for suspected cheating rather than specifying the player you find most suspicious. I can tell you, from many experiences, that the admins on the team go to ridiculous lengths to verify what's happening with anything concerning on the server. We spend many hours just spectating one group/player if there's an issue and we'll always catch as much as humanly possible. It'll never be perfect though but I see the efforts proving to be extremely successful on a consistent basis. I can't speak to your unique situation though since I have no clue who you are - but there's no way we're just turning a blind eye to your ticket or some report. If you're back on the server, send in a ticket on it and we'll see what's happening. I hope you get it all fixed though obviously as well

Sound good and no worries. I just can 100% assure you that we care a lot. I see many thousands of players investigated, those who are cheating identified and removed, long before EAC ever has a clue. We remove groups that seem to have a problem with associating with cheating players and will take every step we can to ensure that the servers are as fair as possible. There's just always going to be an ongoing effort and it helps if you're specific in your ticket, rather than just reporting a whole team and all that. There are times though where you can be convinced someone is cheating, for example scripting, and we're unable to reach the level of confidence or evidence that we'd like to execute a ban, so for that EAC can be complementary and I apologize that we can't catch every single thing.
