I'll gladly look into any of the cheaters you were concerned about to make sure that each of the investigations were up to our standards. There are absolutely cases where we things look normal, people toggle, or there's something like closet scripts that EAC hits on while we can't reach a level of certainty to pull the trigger on a ban. The fact is though that we ban the vast majority of cheaters far before EAC ever has any clue. They will normally catch up within a couple months on a smaller percentage of the cheaters that we've caught and they do serve to complement the efforts of active admins. There are also times when a player logs off and we're not able to, again, reach the level of certainty to issue a cheating ban, and it sucks, wish we could be everywhere at once, but having seen many people who were cheating caught and removed, I do believe that the report system works very well overall. Always room for improvement though and that's why I'd love to look into your concerns with that.

As far as your other issues, yeah, your friend will need to wait for the admin handling their situation to follow up. As normal policy for us, the expectation for an appeal is usually 1-3 days, but every effort is being made in your case to expedite that. And with your other friend, I have no clue who you're talking about specifically or the rule that they had an issue with, but I'd be happy to talk with them to see what's going on if you'd like.

The slots on our servers are dynamic. This means that the server will automatically increase or decrease the slots, depending on the queue.
This process is fully automated and staff members are not able to change the slots!
Though the slots are dynamic, there will always be a hard limit to guarantee the best performance as well as the overall user experience.
Our Long or Medium servers will not get their slots increased to match our Main servers as that would not meet the expectations of a Long or Medium server.

The hard limit is 750 and there aren’t bases up and such so I’m confused why eu main is 750 at start and us is 600 though but thanks for the info
