We're always following up on every single player report as quickly as possible. Hopefully you recognize that there are many players who feel they have an urgent situation as well. Best thing to do is keep your cool, send in a detailed ticket in-game with "/ticket add (your report)" and then do F7 as well to report to EAC. I noticed you were calling it a bit out in chat, always good to avoid that since it'll only ever help the players you're concerned about while making it more difficult for any admin team to investigate your suspicions

No. Purchasing the same rank multiple times will just increase the time you have it for. You can buy one of each of the ranks and use them all, you just can’t stack the same one
