This process is fully automated and staff members are not able to change the slots!
Though the slots are dynamic, there will always be a hard limit to guarantee the best performance as well as the overall user experience.
Our Long or Medium servers will not get their slots increased to match our Main servers as that would not meet the expectations of a Long or Medium server.

That's not something we can respond, in theory any third party program is forbid by facepunch TOS but at the same time they "allow" the crosshairs while saying that you need to check with EAC for each program individually as they might contain additional features that could be detected as cheats
