Make sure if you are reporting to use /ticket system and not the F7 system and then an admin will always reply to the ticket once it has been reviewed.

Sometimes can take a while as there is 20+ servers all with tickets that need to be looked into.

Doing an F7 report as well as a /ticket also then flags the player to EAC but do make sure to /ticket so our admin team can review.
