Just checked and I did see your tickets though- although thank you for clarifying with the additional ticket so we were able to understand who you're talking about. Calling them out in here isn't ever a good idea though, same as in-game. Always best to keep your cool, send in a ticket and wait for a response. This process is fully automated and staff members are not able to change the slots!
Though the slots are dynamic, there will always be a hard limit to guarantee the best performance as well as the overall user experience.
Our Long or Medium servers will not get their slots increased to match our Main servers as that would not meet the expectations of a Long or Medium server.
