<@&274971100184576010> - Admins have banned me with twice with reasoning: 1) See me in Discord (to which I chatted w/ them and they acknowledged I did not break any rules) & 2) Play elsewhere. I appealed and it was denied without reason. I paid for VIP and although I don't expect additional privileges from support, I expect my play to be undisrupted unless I break rules while having fair & clear rulings - especially when currency is given to a company that later is learned to have subjective arbiters of unwritten rules.

I will paste my suggestion as written below but I want a legitimate reason why I was banned on both occasions, why my first ban was leveraged against me even though they told me I didn't break rules, why my appeal was denied, and how to go about getting my money back without legal action.

SUGGESTION: Admins should be forced to provide a legitimate reason for bans while citing written rules. This will aid in less wrongful bans, less confusion/support for why bans occur, less appeals in general, and allow for consistent authority. Currently, ban reasons known from me consist only of "Visit me in Discord" and "Play elsewhere" with weak citing of violating unwritten rules. Admins then leverage prior uncited bans against players because there is a record. This can (and has) quickly tarnish the player's reputation, playing ability, and relationship with Rustoria without having broken any written rules. Citing the rule violation in ban reasons immediately improves quality of life.

I have thoroughly reviewed Written Rules and the TOS - I have not violated anything written yet you steal my money from me and revoke my playing ability.

It's pretty sad that Admins can be pressured by people like JOEYSPINHAMMER to ban people (& those who pay for services) without legitimate reason
