They don't disclose the methods used to catch cheaters, but it's not only forwarding to EAC. If that's the response you got, it means that while spectating at the time, nothing out of the ordinary stood out, and forwarding to EAC is just getting a second opinion of sorts

If you manage to get some more evidence, clip it and upload it on another ticket

The thing with appeals is, they are very thoroughly reviewed, because players get only 1 chance for an appeal
So to avoid any mistakes and give a 100% fair and accurate response, they give themselves a 1-3 day period to review them (they - the admins)
So you'll need to wait, but this is for the best
wouldn't want it to be denied prematurely without checking all the facts

Hello what is a Zeus server , whats the difference with no bp 5x?

Both of them technically are "Zeus" servers, it's just a name
The difference between 5x and no bp's 5x is, as in the name, having all the bp's on one, and having to research items on the other
Aside from that, the clan limit for regular 5x is 6, whilst the no bp's one is 8, and the wipe schedule is different (different days+regular 5x also bp wipes every 2 weeks, not only on force)

Might be more differences, but not too sure myself, haven't played much of the modded servers of Rustoria

The slots on our servers are dynamic. This means that the server will automatically increase or decrease the slots, depending on the queue.
This process is fully automated and staff members are not able to change the slots!
Though the slots are dynamic, there will always be a hard limit to guarantee the best performance as well as the overall user experience.
Our Long or Medium servers will not get their slots increased to match our Main servers as that would not meet the expectations of a Long or Medium server.
