When you log off at outpost (or crash) you get killed by the outpost AI, that's a game mechanic

so most likely your body bag is still there, if you reconnected quick enough

Each appeal is individual, they are very thoroughly reviewed, because players get only 1 chance for an appeal
So to avoid any mistakes and give a 100% fair and accurate response, they give themselves a 1-3 day period to review them (they - the admins)
So you'll need to wait, but this is for the best
wouldn't want it to be denied prematurely without checking all the facts

People who cheat negatively impact a bunch of different people and it sucks, but for me to just grab your stuff or spawn stuff in wouldn't be fair to all the other people who got fucked over by someone cheating and never were able to have their stuff returned. It'd be impossible for us to take inventory and track down every item - I do hope that your luck balances out over the total course of your gameplay though and you get some decent wins in.
