Calling out in chat is pretty much one of the worst things you can do. F7 is great but goes to EAC, a separate entity employed by Facepunch. Checked on your ticket and you didn't even include a name of a player - normally best to include the name of the player you find most suspicious rather than reporting an entire group or in your case, saying "people"

This process is fully automated and staff members are not able to change the slots!

Our Long or Medium servers will not get their slots increased to match our Main servers as that would not meet the expectations of a Long or Medium server.

When you join you see it right away as you enter I suggest not clicking it away but read it first. But you can always do /rules ingame incase you missed it

This sucks, get a playing with hacker ban, try to appeal with the link, says I'm not banned but cannot log in. Players come and go in our group over a year but this current core I've played with for 3 weeks, no issues. We get slapped by zergs, raided, barely scrape by in a village setup so many on 'team' have separate bases but we all got banned. No emails, no support so why do I keep paying for VIP.
