For some reason I'm getting a ridiculous amount of lag on US Zeus and this happens pretty frequently. I have played on a ton of other servers (some even being other rustoria servers) and Zeus is the only one I get this type of lag on. Is there any fix for this?

I understand how you feel, it can be frustrating to deal with, but understand that if admins restore loot for you, they have to do it for every player as well, and that lvl of admin interference with gameplay could lead to a lot of ambiguity and exploitation from the player side, and is simply not how rustoria servers work.
Please report ALL the players involved and I promise it will be looked into. If you choose to use boom on them later on that's entirely up to you

If you're receiving the disconnection message "World File Mismatch error":
Head over to this folder (C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Rust\maps) and find the procedural map which it should give you in the disconnection message and delete it and try connect then.

If you are having "Windows IO Exception: Win32 IO returned 112":
Then please make sure you have enough drive space.

Hmm checked on our end and you seem totally fine with the linking stuff honestly. Messed with some things and should be good in that regard. Wouldn't hurt to do the command /auth in-game. The Legend kit should be separate though. First thought is verifying that you purchased it for the correct server as sometimes a misclick can happen with EU vs NA or a different server. Should be able to go to https://donate.rustoria.co/ , log in and check "Account" to see the purchase summary to verify the server. If that's all correct and you're still not able to redeem it then would think opening a #payment-support ticket would be a good idea. They'll always clear up anything with the right answer 🙂
