The person in question is saying they're banned via hardware, not a Rustoria admin ban

I've never teamed with this person before, and all 3 of my team mate just got banned back to back to back.

I've never hacked before, never cheated, and this is a wrongful ban.

How can I appeal this for myself? Personally I'm not sure about the person who was just banned for the alleged cheating.

Again I've never teamed with them before, it's a friend of a friend situation.

I've also played over 1000 hours on US small Rustoria without issues up until right now.
