I am unsure of the specific situation but from personal experience cargo can glitch from time to time (usually if the cargo is out during restart/crashes) but can happen at other times. Support is public, just like how it's always a bad idea to call anything out in-game or over voice if you want the best chance at catching anyone. Submitting a ticket in-game with "/ticket add (your report)" is the way to handle it. Every ticket is followed up with as soon as possible

Then I'm almost certain that this is a temporary routing issue at some point between your router and the server itself. This type of issue generally resolves itself in a relatively short period of time, but in case it doesn't, I've notified our network staff, who will get in touch if appropriate and when they're available

Wish you could see behind-the-scened at how hard everyone works at it and the sheer amount of cheaters that are removed. well depends as its a hacking ban it could stay as this means there has been indication or third party software use thats why you got banned

just wait for about 15 min and try again our servers need to sync there data with our master server

So, my friend a long time ago got his discord account hacked, the hackers then procceded to advertise some scam stuff or whatever in all the servers he was in and at the same time his steam account was linked to his discord. He then got banned from the rust servers for advertising. Is there a way for this issue to somehow to be resolved?
