Yes i am aware of the ticket system rustoria has in place, However the issue does not get looked into right away it takes 24/48 hours to even get a response. which is very disappointing. I understand Rustoria has several servers in place it just seems to me that the servers are way understaffed when it comes to moderators and administrators to keep up with the servers populations.

I had guest codes on the roof for one person, but it wasn't a main code. If it was an inside, I would have expected those doors to be open and raided from roof

it makes 0 sense, which is why I assume it might be an exploit/hack
