Your teammate was gamebanned by EAC while on our servers. So that's kind of a huge deal and it has nothing to do with us. Obviously can't play again with them on our servers unless their EAC ban is reversed.

I got instant permabanned for cheater association because we let a random kid from my friends stream chat join us for a wipe, and even after putting the vod link in the ban appeal so they could see we had just met him that day and had no clue he wasn't playing fair, the appeal was denied. I think in a US court, that video would absolve us of guilt but I guess maybe the rustoria admins need a higher standard of proof than just "beyond a reasonable doubt"? More likely than that is they don't actually look into evidence provided and just pretend they always make the right decision.

I belive the in game tickets don’t get investigated to it’s full extent but I may be wrong, there was been a few instances where my team has been hard cheated on and we all send a ticket about the guy and then y’all just respond with the same thing every time

I was banned on 5x for giving group to a guy who I didnt know, only for playing with someone else. The problem was that this guy was a cheater. He was banned 10 seconds after I gave him group (I think he just connected in that moment). Then, 10 seconds later I was banned for "playing with a hacker". My appeal was denied (I dont know why because if they would have seen my log, they had realized that I was less than a minute with the cheater in the same clan .
