Doesn't hurt to explain the concern in a ticket. Also can be great if you're ever able to set up recording capabilities, like Shadowplay, that can record things you see since it helps to review it or submit a link to a clip in your report

The best thing to do always is send in a ticket in-game "/ticket add (your report with details)" while refraining from calling anything out in chat or voice. Also can be great if you or a teammate can record, using something like Shadowplay or OBS, and include a link to an uploaded clip in with your report. Just something I've found helpful myself and I've seen benefit a lot of people
