Hi, I need your help, only in rustoria.co servers after 20 seconds connected, while i couldn't do nothing because the respawn button didn't work, it disconnects and show: "Disconnected: EAC: Connection timed out". I googled and tried these thing: restart the PC, repair/unistall/install in EasyAntiCheat_Setup "game 12", then i uninstalled and reinstalled rust, then changed connection from wired to wireless. tried other Rustoria server: 2 US and 1 EU. Rust console didn't show any errors and obviously i'm not vac banned or anything like that. ping is 130ms in USserver (i'm in italy) and 70fps with no problems in other "non rustoria" server. Didn't have macro in my mouse and also i deleted the binded key command inside rust. my backgrounded app are only discord, steam, windows 10 antivirus and asus gpu tweak.

It's not our policy, it's Facepunch / EAC's policy, we are simply compliant, as well as every other server of repute. Mistakes are rare, but can happen, so I recommend you submit an appeal and we'll look into it 🙂

What other servers do or don't do in terms of banning / investigating, is neither here nor there for our part. My point was that proof is not disclosed to the individual, which is a common policy, and has not once ever been a policy designed to allow admins to operate as they please with no responsibility or oversight, both of which we have plenty of here. It's a tight ship. Having said that, humans run Rustoria, not robots, mistakes can happen, so if you believe your ban was incorrect, an appeal is the way forward, just don't expect to receive any proof, regardless of the outcome 🙂
