Wish we could but we have thousands of interactions happening at any one time. We always make it to each concern as fast as we can but it's just not logistically possible to instantly be like genies every time someone yells for us, so hopefully that's understandable. We will catch the cheaters though and their time on the server is limited. If I could instantly remove them though, of course we would. Something that can seem like an automatic ban can be much more complex than that and we'd rather be thorough than take the easy route which only hurts the community in the long run.

Same happend on rustoria a couple months back, someone flew in to the base, and until admins read the ticket, he had destroyed DAYS of work from 6 people. Loosing it to raids is fine, loosing it to someone paying 10USD is horrible and it ONLY makes more people cheat

Agreed- if it was possible, that'd be amazing, but it's just not. Best you can do is diversify, don't use stashes for any significant portion of time, build fake loot rooms, etc.
