This process is fully automated and staff members are not able to change the slots!
Though the slots are dynamic, there will always be a hard limit to guarantee the best performance as well as the overall user experience.
Our Long or Medium servers will not get their slots increased to match our Main servers as that would not meet the expectations of a Long or Medium server.

This process is fully automated and staff members are not able to change the slots!
Though the slots are dynamic, there will always be a hard limit to guarantee the best performance as well as the overall user experience.
Our Long or Medium servers will not get their slots increased to match our Main servers as that would not meet the expectations of a Long or Medium server.

The user who replied to you is right, we don't interfere with gameplay under any circumstances. Things like that which you're describing happen in Rust sadly, it's a game of lose and gain, if not for some kind of bug, then because you lose a fight or get raided, we don't ever compensate items regardless of the situation. Appreciate your frustration though, it can be a frustrating game! 😄
