In addition to that if they can review what was happening while he was cheating, he never killed anyone next to me he was just killing players when we are not roaming together. Plus when he started to look sus I instantly texted the guy who invited him to the team to ask him if hes sure that he's legit because me and my other teammate wanted to kick him but we didnt wanted to do it for no reason. 1 more thing, we are the ones who reported him we wanted him to get banned if he was cheating so we wont get associated so how am I gonna get banned as well for something that I am completely unaware of? It won't always register you're looking at a sign but it works most of the time really well. Just make sure the image isn't too large or the url isn't too long. Imgur works well for it as a direct link, one that ends in something like .jpg or .png kinda thing
