@ionic kayak Best thing to do is use the command in-game "/ticket add (your report with details)" to submit a report. It helps if you can let us know in the ticket who you find most suspicious rather than just saying something vague like "E4 has cheaters in it" or "This entire clan is cheating"

It's pretty important as well to not call them out in chat or voice to increase the chances of the best possible investigation. And you're always welcome to include a clip (or any evidence) in your ticket, normally as a link to an uploaded video (like an unlisted YouTube video or Streamable). Use F7 to report to EAC as well.

Typically it's 1-3 business days for a response. Sometimes it can take longer. It depends on the ban and the administrator handling your appeal.

@ancient condor Hey, checked into this. Your friend was obviously fully gamebanned from Rust by EAC while on the server with you. The first time association ban is temporary and 7 days so it looks like you and your other friend's bans will expire on the 17th and you should be fine after that. Just wouldn't play with the gamebanned player again on our servers. Thank you
