The best thing to do is send in a ticket in-game - if you have friends in-game then it's huge if someone can record a clip or anything as any evidence is always welcome in a ticket normally as a link to an unlisted YouTube video or Streamable. Many, many people have urgent concerns as usually someone's concern feels urgent to them- that's why we're always following up on every single one as fast as we can. But we can't just drop everything to go jump on a specific issue normally, so hopefully that's understandable
