This process is fully automated and staff members are not able to change the slots!
Though the slots are dynamic, there will always be a hard limit to guarantee the best performance as well as the overall user experience.
Our Long or Medium servers will not get their slots increased to match our Main servers as that would not meet the expectations of a Long or Medium server.

Wish you could see behind the scenes :/ But totally get how it can be frustrating in your situation if we don't immediately teleport onto you - we're following up on every single ticket as fast as humanly possible. There are just a lot of different concerns. Best thing you can do is not call anything out in chat or voice, send in a detailed ticket combined with an F7 to also report to EAC, and if you ever have a clip or evidence that would help an investigation you're more than welcome to include that in the ticket as a link to imgur or YouTube for example @waxen shadow

Thankfully we ban a crazy amount of cheaters

It also helps to put more in your ticket than just a name.
