Yeah, all that. Always best to keep your cool, send in a ticket paired with an F7 as well to also report to EAC. Recording a clip never hurts since you can always include a link to an uploaded clip (normally YouTube unlisted, Streamable or Medal) in with your ticket. But yeah, this'll be handled 🙂

Once your appeals are reviewed NORMALLY it will be a wipe ban UNLESS there another instance of you being banned for association. 1 time is normally a wipe ban 2 times is a force wipe ban and 3 is perm. NORMALLY, as I have stated there can be other factors that play into how long you are banned for.
