I would recommend though being kind of selective with putting in tickets- so you're not just sending tickets on tons of different people all the time. @terse mirage It can be tough sometimes to figure out the validity of a ban notice in chat from the player perspective. If you're seeing someone from a group banned repeatedly and the group is still there- likely it's a separate thing and they're not actually banned. If you do think there's a problem with a ban though you're more than welcome to articulate your concern in an in-game ticket and we'll always take a look to make sure things are alright
