I am sorry about that unfortunately our admins are swamped with tickets. The best thing to do is record it and get evidence of them cheating and submit it in a ticket then if the evidence is sufficient enough the admins are able to ban right away otherwise they will have to gather the evidence themselves which takes more time.

Admins look at all the tickets submitted by the player when they recieve a ticket.
