I would really recommend you to open a ticket on #payment-support. Your solution might cause a charge back that will result in a ban. Don't get me wrong here, but our system thinks then you got your vip delivered. You say it is not delivered what I do believe. The problem there is, if you issue a charge back, our system will go there and say, that you did not pay for a delivered product and will possibly ban you. In that case to avoid that create a ticket there and talk with our payments admin.

Please, please bare with me this is a long message but it needs to be said.

You've got to change this stupid thing where if your in outpost asleep for 15mins then you die.

If it wasn't a thing then when your servers are attacked or whatever then when a player is IN outpost scrapping all the stuff they've collected for HOURS they wouldn't die. And because the server is down for so long that when you get back in you lose all your stuff!
I just work super hard long, travelled across half the map only to lose my ONLY M39 and 850 scrap plus 1,000 fertilizer plus comps I had on me because of this stupid rule!! And it's not the first time I lost everything or heard players complain because of it.

I'd ask for you to replace the items but you'll say "You don't get involved in gameplay'. Well fine, but you should the the server rules that destroy a players hard work as I think that is getting involved in gameplay.

if you are going to keep such a rule then you should be willing to replace the lost items instead of reciting a hypocritic statement. It's not like the items went to a different player or are still in the loot table of other players (that i could understand far more, but these items that are lost are completely despawned and the rules serves no purpose in these situation but to upset your patrons.

Am I mad or wrong to think this a such a stupid rule that compromises players for very little in return wrong and risks alienating plays because of so much wasted work?
