Head over to this folder (C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Rust\maps) and find the procedural map which it should give you in the disconnection message and delete it and try connect then.

You're banned for the reason it states when you try to connect which is "Playing with a hacker" if you knew or not is not the question. You still gained an advantage by playing with someone that is cheating. Your ban is temporary based on the severity of it. You will be unbanned on 10/07/2021
