@feral eagle Of course we care and never want a server to crash. We want more than anyone for you to just have an awesome time but it's an unfortunate reality that servers crash at times. They'll always be back up as soon as humanly possible.

It would be a logistic impossibility to return all items though due to any server issues. I would just hope that it balances out over the course of your gameplay. Sorry you had to deal with it though and thank you for your patience
