Typing "/ticket add name is hacking" is hardly any effort. If you do not want to report a user for cheating, then I am unsure what you want me to say. We operate over 20 servers and can't have an administrator online on each server every second of the day. We work on a report system as nearly every server in rust does, where a user reports another user, and the user is then looked into. We ban hundreds of users every single day. I assure you that we ban users which are cheating. I also am unsure on what you mean by you are getting bombed to buy this and buy that.

Also, if you believe a user is cheating, it is less effort to report them, rather than calling them out in chat. If you report the user rather than calling them out, it takes around the same amount of time but will allow the administrator team to investigate the user, where calling them out in chat allows them to toggle off.

Hello, I've recently encountered an odd problem. I use a VPN service to connect to servers because my router can not find many of the servers.
I recently changed my VPN to the UK since i was thinking it could be better (performance wise). The problem i have encountered, however is that i cannot join the server and it prompts me with a kickban message after i've joined in. This was not happenning minutes ago, but i was using a different VPN. Could that have something to do with it?

the admin i contacted in DMs called Luke blocked me because i was speaking to him about the ban and hes not actually caring about what i said

i gave him valid proof that ive never actually cheated and been exposed for shit i never did

If you'd like to report someone please go ingame and use the global chat with the command /ticket. If you want to attach video evidence you need to upload it to youtube or streamable and then paste the link in the ticket. Thanks for letting us know.
