I am having an issue with the website

I try to submit an unban because I was at Outpost and this player said he was leaving the server and could give me loot, he invited me to team so I foolishly joined him. When I joined and got to the base he said to take the mini and the loot and go. Once I took off I was banned for "exceeding group limit of 3". I think I should be unbanned as I did not intend to brake this rule and did not know that he was going to invite more people. My Brother also got banned and his steam name is wfls. and it wont let me post it, it says "I am not banned"
