The slots on our servers are dynamic. This means that the server will automatically increase or decrease the slots, depending on the queue.
This process is fully automated and staff members are not able to change the slots!
Though the slots are dynamic, there will always be a hard limit to guarantee the best performance as well as the overall user experience.
Our Long or Medium servers will not get their slots increased to match our Main servers as that would not meet the expectations of a Long or Medium server.

Hey. Just connected on you server after more than 2 1/2 hours of sitting in the queue. running on it for 5 minutes and the server crashes. back to queue for 5 hours now.

Here is the thing. these issues last for more than 5-6 month now and i had VIP in the past but with this server not being able to fix all these issues i dont think you server does deserve my money to fix any of these problems. other well populated servers dont have these issues. i farmed BPs yesterday night (2-6am) and i got disconnected more than 5 times in this period of time aswell as lagging the whole time(not only me. alot of ppl complained about it). i totally agree that the unity engine is causing issues aswell but with 40 players being on the server you cant tell me this issues is related to alistairs post. its not an issue that appeared only in the last couple of weeks. the constant issues im talking about are ever existing from the beginning i started playing on this server. whatever. i just wanted to express my disappointment which basicly should have posted in #feedback-suggestions which i just saw exists

As stated in the announcements and multiple times, yes we are aware there are more extreme cases of lag recently which we are working on resolving. We understand a good portion of users experience this (not all), and are working hard on a permanent fix to prevent this from happening further. Good fixes take time, to ensure this doesnt continue to happen.
