The responses you're getting to the 10+ tickets you've made in the last 48 hours are the result of said investigations. There hasn't been anything done to the players you've reported, because after an investigation, it has been decided that no action needs to be taken. You are allowed to disagree of course, and trust me, we know how frustrating it can be, when from your perspective, a situation seems so clear cut. But it's not a refusal to do anything because we can't be bothered or don't care about cheaters. An extraordinary amount of work goes into responding to cheater reports, and we don't want any cheaters on our servers, any less than you don't want to play against them. Thanks for reaching out. 🙂

@unkempt mauve I can assure you that we're constantly following up on every single report, on every server, including US Medium. We want more than anyone to remove every cheater humanly possible. We wouldn't divulge exact numbers or information regarding bans obviously but after checking, yes, there has absolutely been a good amount of people removed for specifically hacking from the server in question. Sorry that from the player perspective it can be extremely difficult to evaluate notices in chat. Same as always, if you believe someone is cheating best to refrain from calling anything out in chat, send in a detailed ticket (/ticket add (your report)) and pair that with an F7 to report to EAC in combination.

In-game I get the notification saying I got banned for Cycling - banned until the 24th of this month. This morning we had 3 out of our 5 members in our clan, I was at work and am the leader. Our 4th came online to play, so they made a 2nd clan to play with him in the mean time. Once I got home, i added everyone back to the main clan. We never had over 5 players. nor cycled any 6th or 7th player in to play with us. It's been the same 5 man
