I might need a bit of help admins, I been banned for exploiting some time ago. However I been in contact with the devs 3 months ago (before I did the strategy I got banned for). They confirmed is it not an exploit but a rust balancing issue and a flaw in the latest outpost update setting outpost timer to 5 min instead of 30 min. They told me they will adress the issue and might make some changed to the outpost timer if this strategy becomes an issue, and is too unbalanced. I will try not to go into too much detail here, but is there a chance I can appeal? I got a temp ban a while ago I think, which was changed to perm? I dunno how to check it, however is there a way to appeal the latest ban since I did not appeal. It says my appeal was denied but I never send one 😛

I was using a game mechanic to gain an exetremely unfair advantage over other players using outpost. Since your server only have an outpost, and no bandit camp, it is crazy unbalanced. However it is technically not an exploit, which the devs confirmed. Problem was just that when I kill someone around outpost, I only get 5 min timer, and I can just run instantly back when I get killed. The devs knows about the strategy and I send them all the information 3 months ago. However based on what they wrote to me, they dont plan to change anything, and if I remember correctly, I was told here I could get unbanned when this gets patched somehow. However it prob wont get patched based on what I was told, since the devs dont see it as a glitch xD So I dunno what to do
