If you're attempting to use an American credit or debit card, it likely won't work, Rustoria is UK based, and some American card providers will not authorise payments internationally, the best way in this case is to use PayPal and add funds to it from the card you want to use 🙂

The slots on our servers are dynamic. This means that the server will automatically increase or decrease the slots, depending on the queue.
This process is fully automated and staff members are not able to change the slots!
Though the slots are dynamic, there will always be a hard limit to guarantee the best performance as well as the overall user experience.
Our Long or Medium servers will not get their slots increased to match our Main servers as that would not meet the expectations of a Long or Medium server.

@raven bison i hope that you as a developer can try and help me with the problem i ran into, after forced wipe i farmed and researched some BPs, last night i lost them all but they got back today, today in the middle of crafting i again lost my BPs that i researched and got rocked launcher unlocked which i didnt research, i opened a ticket and got told to report if it happens again, i really dont want to risk wasting my time again grinding, researching only to lose them again, as far as i know during that time there was a problem with BP share so maybe that caused it, i would like my BPs back and if i cant have them back i would like to know that the problem is fixed so it doesnt happen again.Thanks

There could be a change within the decay system, to learn about decay on your server, try using /decay in-game. Also, depending on if they're in a building privilege or outside of privilege they decay slower/faster.

How often does VIP get more in stock? How does that whole system work

Would always just recommend checking back frequently for your preferred server since they're usually in pretty high demand

- Queue skip not working
- Never received your kits in-game
- VIP transfer (If you bought for the wrong server)
- Wishing a refund according to TOS (Refer to 6. Returns and Refunds https://rustoria.co/terms)
What we do not offer:

so, im trying to join one of the servers and its popping up error messages enmasse, from what i can read its some sort of ban? i have no idea what it is tbh and i want to know if its a server ban or not
so if im in a full 6 group on a 6 limit server, can i still like RP with other people? like if i build a beach and dock fishing area its all good ?
