Are you EU based?
Looks to be a client side issue, I would suggest restarting your steam and Rust and trying again.
Use a US VPN then you'll be fine for now, temporary adjustment we have in place while we debug something.

This would indeed be the case, I would suggest looking there to stop pushing notifs if no pair exists. No worries for the reply, last thing I'd want is invasive notifications for someone not wanting them. But yeah I'd have to point my fingers towards the way you listen for notifications being the cause in this instance

I played on the US main server for 5 minutes on Saturday and was banned because my teammate was in the wrong group of hacker, then I complained on the server, there is another way to solve it, the server appeal time is too long, my VIP is about to expire.

Sometimes there can be limitations to the investigation like if they're not online or doing much so you may get a response where if you see them back active then to send in another one. We'll always try our best to take it as far as humanly possible and to catch every cheater we can

We can't take your word that someone is cheating (we need to confirm this ourselves), you sent a ticket only a few minutes ago and it has had an administrator looking into the situation nearly instantly after you sent a report.
If you'd like the issue to be addressed quickly, you should ensure you include the name of the user which you believe is cheating, and exactly what you believe the user is doing. This would allow the issue to be looked into and dealt with quicker.

Including all the information in the ticket when reporting helps ensure a quick response, you have to understand we manage 18 servers and if we aren't provided with the information required (name and reason) it is quite hard to investigate when there is an entire clan of users, and we don't know which user you believe is cheating etc

And investigating users isn't something which can be done in only a few minutes because we have to ensure the user is actually cheating prior to taking action, as we do not want to false ban a user and I hope you understand that. We deal with every ticket as quickly as possible, but we can't have it done within a few minutes of a report 90% of the time
