My team, consisting of 8 people, were all banned for association on NA Medium around 2 hours ago and I really don't believe the bans were even remotely justified. Every single member on my team had purchased VIP prior to wipe with the intent of playing the first 3-4 days before likely quitting. Now, with all of us banned without a chance of our appeal being reviewed in less than 1-3 days, it is practically guaranteed that our wipe will be ruined. Had any of us known that we would be banned without proper cause mid-wipe, not one of us would have thought twice about spending $10 on your servers. Is there any possibility that we could receive accelerated reviews of our appeals? If not, how exactly can I go about getting my money refunded?
