There's a lot of appeals, tickets, and tons more stuff that admins have to do besides look at just your appeal. That's why it can take up to 1-3 business days. I don't know the length of your ban, you'd have to speak to a Admin to see if they will provide you with this information. If your appeal gets accepted you should be unbanned. So please follow just like everyone else has to fill out an appeal and wait patiently

@noble phoenix You'd want to send in a specific ticket in-game with "/ticket add (your report with details)". Rather than reporting an entire clan make sure that you identify the player you most suspect of cheating while obviously not calling them out in chat or voice or anything

I don't see that you've ever sent in a single ticket to us yet. You've used F7 which sends a report directly to EAC which is a separate organization.

I'd recommend using our ticket system so that one of our admins can follow up on your suspicions, like I had mentioned above. In-game use /ticket add (your report with details) if you'd like but again, would specify the player you find most suspicious rather than a group as a whole. It helps a lot if you do it while the player is online and active and I can assure you it will be investigated

We try our best to follow up on every single player concern 24/7. Thankfully we catch many, many cheaters and rulebreakers. But we can't follow up on anything if you don't send in a ticket using our system. Good luck though wherever you end up going and I hope you use their report system wherever it is if you do have a problem so that they can adequately respond to your issues

Also another thing, not all official servers are run by the same people. We have our own staff team here on Rustoria, including the Rustoria official servers, so we should hopefully be faster than Easy Anti-Cheat.
