I mean as a player, everyone has access to /ticket in game. But not everyone has Discord, or is in our Discord.

We have had 2.4 million players join our servers, out of those, only 115k have joined the Discord.

So it's not a priority of ours to add a report system to Discord at this time although I do appreciate your feedback on the matter. Perhaps we could provide updates via Discord DMs in the future.

There's an obscene amount of communities having network issues of some sort, plus it's not fairly comparable to other communities since they're not as populated or as much as a target as we are these days.

But I do relate to you in your anger, it's not something I like dealing with or seeing either. Think about it, it's not like I'm sitting here doing nothing about it. I'm constantly talking to all parties necessary to resolve lag issues and ddos issues with our servers.

Oh trust me, I have all the perspective hosts in my scopes constantly. I even use pretty much everyone out there besides one named GSK.

You have to think, the types of attacks we are targeted with are top of the line in attack capacity and attack complexity.

We're the ones that see new attacks popup all the time, people going out of their way just to create new attacks to bypass our filters. Yet this is not something you typically see for most other communities. The other large ones deal with these issues too, just like us.

Sometimes they happen more frequently, some other times they happen less frequently. It's a cat and mouse game I say, always has been and always will be. It sucks but it's just part and parcel of having a large server in the gaming community.

Unfortunately linking YouTube with our system doesn't currently work at the moment, however if you were to link everything else you should receive the rewards as according to which you link. This is due to Googles API terms of service have changed meaning we need to make adjustments our side to comply with them. This involves waiting for a developers availability as well as awaiting verification from Google's API Verification team. Therefore making YouTube linking unavailable at the moment.

@near halo YouTube doesn't link due to Google's API so don't worry about it although if you feel like it you can do it manually, just won't affect the points or qualifying for the /kit loyal on certain servers. I'd just recommend doing all the rest, waiting 10 minutes or some short time and doing /auth in-game. If you have any problems with it definitely let us know and we can take a look
