If it said "Disconnected:EAC:Banned" then you were indeed using 3rd party software, EAC does not really ever give false bans, if you feel as if it was a mistake, please allow up to 7 days for EAC to check and finalize the ban, if it was a genuine error on their behalf, they will automatically lift the ban.

I'm currently playing on Rustoria US Main & there's a massive issue with a cheater. I've been trying to get this resolved for a day & the admins haven't done anything about it. Quick little explanation:
This user has multiple rust accounts (kid must've spent at least $300 on accounts). Every time he gets banned by an admin/anit-cheat, he just logs into another account & goes right back in his base. I have video evidence. I will gladly walk an admin/moderator through this process for a better understanding. We can't even play the game.
Also if anyone tells me to do /ticket, I have an open one: 1197... from yesterday....

With the exception of breaking group limits, most of the time you'll be banned from all our serfers
And even with a breaking group limit ban, you can still be banned from all our servers
