Unfortunately linking YouTube with our system doesn't currently work at the moment, however if you were to link everything else you should receive the rewards as according to which you link. This is due to Googles API terms of service have changed meaning we need to make adjustments our side to comply with them. This involves waiting for a developers availability as well as awaiting verification from Google's API Verification team. Therefore making YouTube linking unavailable at the moment.

That's not how we do things, if a player was breaking a rule they'd be banned no matter if they're friends with an admin or not.

What doesn't make sense? The player was offline and we used our the tools available to us on our end to come to that conclusion, and second of all we are very limited in our ability to catch scripters via in-game spectating due to the lack of first person spectating provided to us by Facepunch developers. If you see them online again feel free to submit another ticket and we can take another look.

Because it's much easier for our admins to view tickets when they're done in-game. A ticket system in discord would be much harder to keep track of.

In-game has a much more structured system that ensures we don't accidentally miss any tickets.

This group i am talking about is abusing admins on US Long. Everyone talks about it. It has been mentioned in the chat multiple times and they are able to receive intel that hinders the game for all players on the server. My issue with them is getting me banned in chat for no reason. You can literally re read everything that was typed.

Our admins are not aloud to play on our servers, just because they say that they are admin doesnt mean they are. if they are playing on the server the are most definitely not. Admins do not interfere with gameplay so they dont give out intel on other players. You should appeal your mute on the website zoot linked to you

another thing to consider you may have been muted by a chat moderator, not an admin

sometimes there are things that are mute-able in chat you may have not expected... so id recommend making a ticket and going from there

Not every time, it's a strange one, but if you need to mute a player, do so, always best to avoid arguments if you ask me! Now you know what to do if you can't run commands suddenly 🙂
