So, I put in an official ban appeal but I just wanted to come here and thank the mods and admins for banning my friend yesterday. I'll preface by saying I been knowing this man IRL for over 15 years. I started playing FP Small 4 like 2 weeks ago and made a load of friends, enough that we were considering playing a main map. Got my homie (the IRL friend) on to play with us, and long story short, he had us ALL fooled that he was cheating. He got called for it once or twice in chat but we blew it off and gave him the benefit of the doubt because nothing he did IN FRONT of anyone seemed all that suspicious, and that was clearly a mistake. I knew on a modded server with active admins he would get banned if he was actually cheating, and I told him off the top that if I ever got hard proof of him cheating on here that he wasn't allowed to play with us anymore. Whether or not I or my wife gets appealed is beside the point of just being glad I finally got my proof. I dont like that cheating shit and I felt guilty for even having him on with me. I got a whole group of genuinely good dudes and it just fucked me up to know he was cheating for real. To be honest, it's kinda sad he was cheating because he's still not even that good with them... @harsh nacelle Ahh, that's for the normal wipe schedule. Once a month there is something called "force wipe" which is the first Thursday of each month. It's when the publisher of Rust, Facepunch, pushes an update and all the servers wipe. So it's not the normal schedule, which will resume for the Mediums in 2 weeks

That would be the definition of cycling unfortunately. I'm not the admin handling your situation but I'm aware of it- need to be careful with swapping in teammates or leaving teams. Totally fine to kick someone but they can't join back for the remainder of the wipe so it's always best to think it through before any of that. Yes, the whole clan gets banned for cycling. It's normally for a wipe- not just the remainder of the wipe if it's near the end, so as not to encourage people to break the rules towards the end. It can be up to 7 days for the first time for certain situation so looks like you are on the lighter side for that. And with anything, if it becomes a pattern then things escalate to where it becomes multiple wipes and eventually perm

Super easy thing to avoid though. Just be mindful of when you either leave a group or kick someone. Again, totally fine to remove a player and replace them but they just can't come back if they change their mind until the wipe resets.
