When you joined the server previously, your computer downloaded the map used at the time. If the map was changed, which it obviously was, it loads the previous map causing a mismatch.
To fix it head to this directory on whichever drive you're using: Steam\steamapps\common\Rust\maps
Delete the corresponding and your computer should install the new map upon connection.
