Ahh yeah, I feel that. We’ll always take as much of a look as possible. There obviously can be limitations when someone goes offline unfortunately. Good to be specific and identify the player you most suspect in the ticket rather than a group, just in case you weren’t already doing that.

Yeah makes sense. The player is switching accounts from his main to his alt one. He has a vac ban on that other one too.

VAC bans won’t mean much honestly when it comes to Rust cheating. Totally separate and we see many legit players that have for whatever reason in the past something with another game. We do always look in-depth and catch many, many people. I’d just recommend being thorough with your ticket (you’ll always get a response) and if they went offline, try again the next time you see them.
