Normally GPU utilisation caps are driver related, if it's a steady 50% it's probably that, do you have temperature readings for your GPU / CPU?

@half wren ok, this error message means that the "File" in your Rust Maps Folder is different from what it was before.
so if you logged on that server before, and they recently changed their maps... your computer's trying to load that OLD SERVER file back in the game, and it can't... because the NEW FILE MAP is trying to download in its place and that is why the Maps are "Mismatched" just go in your Maps folder under Rust, and delete the corresponding Map name, and it will download from the New map from steam.
