then follow this step:

I'm not an admin, so take what I'm saying with a grain of salt. I think typically when admins ban for the reason of "playing with hacker", I think it's usually done when someone is actually caught cheating by the admin and they have teammates. EAC is an automatic system we don't control, so if your friend tries to log back into our server on a different account, I believe that would fall under ban evasion, and if you were playing with him, you may possibly be subject to a "playing with hacker" ban. It really depends on the situation and the guidelines of the admins, which I don't have access to. However, if his old accounts ban is over 180 days old, he should be good to play on our servers again on the account that was originally banned. This is consistent with Facepunch's official servers, so we follow the same standards.

Long story short, it's up to admin interpretation and might not be wise to play with that person. It doesn't pay to hack.

if you didn't receive your game ban on your previous account on Rustoria and it's older than 120 days old then you are welcome to play on Rustoria servers as far as i know
