Hotels can be very close to the line. You can have the hotel but you cannot roam/raid/pvp/defend with anyone other than the team who owns the hotel

I'd advise against most of this stuff as it's super close to the line, and you wouldn't want to cross it

That being said, there is probably a way to go about it without breaking any rules, just make sure you aren't doing anything with the members of the hotel other than them living in it I guess.
