Ban evasion is a serious offence, advantage gained or not, and is bannable. If you were playing with a ban evader, that is also bannable. So to answer your question: Thems the rules I'm afraid. Feel free to submit a ban appeal at https://bans.rustoria.co/ if you disagree with your ban. Those go directly to the banning admin for review. Please be aware that these can take up to 3 working days to process, although they often get responses more quickly than that 🙂
