I’d always recommend that you specify the player you most suspect of cheating in your ticket rather than saying “this whole group is cheating”- I can assure you we take every single report seriously and catch many, many cheaters, but we’re also human.

I'd recommend at max isolating 2 players who you believe are cheating although again it can help to just report who you most believe is cheating because if they're associated and found to be cheating it will lead to them being banned

@knotty bobcat Best to talk to @balmy cypress about everything VIP related- he's great with answering whatever questions you have. I'd recommend sending him a DM with your Steam 64 ID and explaining the situation and I'm sure he'll get back to you as soon as he's next available
